Face Attendance is an attendance management system owned and operated by Sequentec Solutions Private Limited (“Sequentec”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Sequentec provides the Face Attendance platform to customer organizations for biometric attendance and workforce management purposes. The Service may be offered as a limited evaluation or as a paid subscription, depending on the selected plan.

This page explains our policies regarding the processing of personal information when the Service is used. By using the Service, you agree to the processing described in this policy and the applicable customer agreement.

Information We Collect

For a better experience while using our Service, we may process certain personally identifiable information, such as:

• Contact name

This information is used for account setup, communication, billing, and support. We do not sell or rent this information to third parties.

When enabled by the customer organization, the Service processes facial images or biometric templates solely for attendance recording, verification, and audit purposes. The customer acts as the data controller or data fiduciary, and Sequentec Solutions Private Limited acts solely as a data processor processing such data on the customer’s instructions.

Test or trial data stored on our servers may be deleted periodically in line with our data retention practices. Trial data is typically deleted approximately 60 days from creation unless requested earlier by contacting contact@face-attendance.com.

Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party platform or infrastructure services to support delivery and operation, such as:

Such service providers may access information only as required to perform services on our behalf and are obligated to protect it and not use it for any independent purpose.

Log Data

If an error occurs in the app, we may collect log data such as IP address, device information, operating system version, configuration details, timestamps, and error logs, solely for diagnostics, security, and service improvement purposes.

The Face-Attendance mobile application does not use cookies directly. Our website or third-party libraries may use cookies to support functionality and improve services. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
